Delivery

We aim to make and deliver your furniture within 3-4 weeks of you placing your order. Your items will be sent out using a courier service.

How Can I Make a Change to My Order?
If you need help with your order once it has been placed online, please contact Lee via email: info@mh-furnishings.co.uk and he will do his best to accommodate.

Returns

If any items arrive damaged or defected please contact Lee immediately via email: info@mh-furnishings.co.uk. Photographic evidence will be requested when reporting faulty goods.

Lee will reply with a postage address to send the items to.


You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. We advise that when you are returning items to us, to use tracked postage, requiring a signature as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Privacy Policy

We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  If you have placed an order with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders . We also keep a record of your product selections. We will not disclose or pass on your details to any third party. We will use your email address to contact you. If you do not wish to be contacted please email Lee via info@mh-furnishings.co.uk.

We use Stripe payments to process all transactions. Stripe is certified as Level 1 PCO DSS compliant – the highest security rating for credit card processing. It also employs SSL certificates to keep order details extremely secure.
